Well known for its mountains, lakes, high quality rice, hot springs and rough winters, it is home to three holy mountains; Mount Haguro, Mount Gassan and Mount Yudono. The northern region is currently ruled by Kouga.

The region is dominated by the broad plain with barriers of mountains and hills which creates the region border. There is an area which offers good view of Mount Fuji. The eastern region is ruled by n/a.

The most famous landmark of Japan is located in Chubu, which is Mount Fuji. Chubu region is well known for hot springs with bathing monkeys. The Kinki region contains Japan's largest freshwater lake known as Lake Biwa. The western regions is ruled by Sesshoumaru.

Considered the most rural regions of all, the Chugoku region contains the most picturesque canals. The area also has the ruined, but brooding black castle that has long since been abandoned. The Forest Land is ruled by Inuyasha.

The climate is slightly warmer and more tropical than most other regions and the southern and eastern coasts are regularly battered by typhoons each year. The terrain is generally mountainous with very fertile valleys much like the rest of Japan, except for the wide plain area at the top of the island. The Southern Island is ruled by Yamatoru.

Considered the fourth important island in Japan, it does not sport any important notes as other regions. Considered a rural backwater, it offers mountainous inner trails for good meditation. The Souther Island is ruled by n/a.
