I promise that I’ll be quick and concise; not to mention, crystal clear. This is the manual to jumpstart the creation of your own race into words. This is only suitable to those who have clear image and the tiny details of their race down to a fraction.
Here are your do’s and don’ts.
That wasn’t quite too hard, now was it? Go ahead and create your own race if you want to. Don’t worry, this is not mandatory.
Here are your do’s and don’ts.
1. Never create a general animal race.- This leads to limited creativity for other people to create a “tiger” demon. If you are going to create an animal race, be specific. For instance, creating information for a snow leopard will suffice, instead of just creating a leopard race which is still too generalized.
2. Do not create a race with just one paragraph.- One paragraph is never enough to create a classification of race. There are others who may be interested in using your race information to create a character of their own. Think in detail and imagine what others may ask you about your race. By doing so will lead more information than you ever dream of.
3. Be sure to add specific information as you would find information for an ethnic group information.Don’t forget to add information about your race such as: physical characteristics, distinctive custom, language, ancestry, place of origin, clothing custom, marriage custom, lifestyle, and power and ability traits and among other things. Be informative and organized, you are the creator of the race.
4. You can create a race that is not entirely related to animal.Be creative. Don’t be afraid to input information that is out of this world. This is a place where creativity thrives! It does not necessarily have to be a race somewhat related to a certain animal. It could be a special type of ghost race if you wished!
5. Always put the name of your race in the topic title. Please, no special characters included in the topic title. Be sure to capitalize the race title as well. This helps to keep the race classification board neat and tidy, as well as easy to read.
