MUTANTS EXIST!
You heard it from us first, folks. That's right; forget X-Men, forget Supernatural, it's all true. Mutant human beings, if you can call them that, live and work amongst us. Health tests from the recently passed Universal Registration Act in the United Kingdom show thousands of cases of abnormal abilities or physical appearances, and that's just those who have registered! Although the Government are with-holding comment for now, we can tell you exclusively that these mutations are due to a particular chromosome mutation dubbed the Mutant Gene, and that mutants are not new to our world. In fact, our research suggests that they may even have predated our own species, perhaps fueling the many tribal Gods we see in cave paintings. But question looms, as negotiations continue with appointed British heads on both 'sides'; Who are these freaks, and what are we going to do with them?

MUTANTS ATTACK!
It's finally happened. The war we've been dreading for years has begun, and the death toll has already passed two hundred. In what has been labelled "The Final Stand" by media across the globe, mutants all over the world have begun protesting, rebelling against bosses and otherwise causing havoc. Reports have come in from America of mind-control causing little short of a military coup in New York, and in Sydney the Opera House has been completely taken over, with hundreds of humans held hostage. Motions have been put in place to protect humans from the mutant threat and to eliminate the danger as soon as possible. The mutant curfew has been temporarily extended to humans to ensure maximum safety, and all humans have been advised to stay indoors as much as possible and not to commune with mutants in secluded areas. Hold on tight folks, it's gonna be a bumpy ride but we'll beat them again.

MUTANTS WIN!
Barricade your doors. The mutants are in, it's all over. Mutant leader Charlie Krumholtz has been swift in his takeover, joined by the leaders of the mutants. It's been a long year of fighting and forced negotiation. Last week, mutants finally took hold of the country and intend to set things right for mutantkind. It's a new day and the mysteriously named 'Government' of mutants is welcomed with open arms. The new Government is not without its problems. Only this morning reports reached us of attacks on the Government buildings. Several arrests were made and there have been threats of a sister group operating out of London. No more arrests have been made, but the Government promises that they are here to stay. We're sure you'll join us in remembrance for those who gave their lives for this day.

HUMANS FIGHT BACK!
It's been a long couple of years. Humans are oppressed, mutants rule the world. Anybody who disagrees, human or mutant is sent to the mines- a newly opened diamond deposit discovered beneath Soho. The Government and the new London 2.0 is thriving. The way it should be, according to some. Reports are coming in of a resistance gaining power. Our sources suggest that the rogue group contains both mutants and humans, working together. Information is sketchy right now, but they seem to be working out of Asia, though no direct contact has been made. It is thought that this 'resistance' has connections to the attacks on the Government a year ago, but no more arrests have been made. It is also thought that this group operates out of London. The Government urges everybody to remain calm. They have dealt with worse than this.
